A look inside Bastion: this is account manager Jordy

Jordy Fernandez has been an Account Manager at Bastion Hotels for the Southern Netherlands region for a year. His journey at Bastion began much earlier, namely on location on the hotel floor. Here he learned the tricks of the trade, meaning he knows all the ins and outs of the hotels: “ I know exactly how we can ensure the optimal experience for our guests and customers. ”

As an account manager, Jordy acts as the central link between the business client and all departments, resulting in new contacts, visits, or experience every single day. What does he stand for? Excellent rapport, quick response times, and transparent communication. With a solution-oriented approach, he tackles every question or challenge; no issue is too unfamiliar to him.

Outside of work, you'll find Jordy running across the indoor football pitch, hitting a smash on the padel court, or hanging out with friends. Vacation? Jordy prefers winter sports!
