Being British customer an option of a cooked breakfast would have been a nice option but not critical.

I suggest atleast you have available Shuttle Bus just to have Fun and we the (Guest) can visit a tourist spot or Famous places in Amßterdam

All the stuff was amazing. Really professional and friendly, ready to help or give advice anytime. They made my stay easier.

Room was too small taken into consideration its price. There was no clothes iron for use from the front desk. Bathroom is very small.
The staff were fabulous at reception. It is close to centrral. But still far enough away from noise!
The cleaners only half did our rooms. They really need to address this!

The sink in the bathroom is to short and shelf above it is too long, so it's impossible to wash face without splash water all over the bathroom.
