Rooms, bathrooms, beds and pillows

Let us check in staright away, was very handy with us having and early morning flight. Easy access to the hotel via tram, hotel room was excellent very roomy and neat, little coffee machine and extras in the room. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, would happily return to use this hotel and it’s services again

Tv channels only had the choice of 1 in English, discovery channel. Could have done with using the WiFi connect with YouTube which had been blocked out from being used. I know they have reasons as to why but gives more options

The room was well decorated and clean

Could have had more pillows on bed , tea bags in room and also I asked for a double bed and got two single beds. Also could have been a bit more to look at / do at the hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to public transport .

Smell in the hall is not very good and it would be nice to have some italian channel on TV

Clean and beautiful room, very good people in the reception.

Maybe a kettle in the room by default.

Really quiet hotel! Slept so well and the tram stop was very close.

Only issue was that we had no towels in our room but that was corrected.

Comfortable beds and hotel was quiet

Maintenance- shower door hinge dropped off.
