You can easily manage your reservations online. We already fill out all known data for you, saving you valuable time. Flexible bookings can be modified or cancelled when logged in to your account. Even your booking history will be visible for your administration!

The prices of hotel accommodations can fluctuate a lot. In order to prevent unpleasant surprises, Bastion Hotels offers business guests the possibility to book at a fixed price. Fixed prices are possible both at hotel chain level and for specific hotels. Offering a sharp fixed price is only possible when you expect to stay more than 100 nights on a chain level or more than 50 nights in a specific hotel on a yearly basis. If you expect to do fewer nights on a yearly basis, then the current business rate is the most attractive.

As one of few Dutch hotel chains, Bastion Hotels is able to offer businesses the comfort of post-stay billing. To qualify for this service, your company needs to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and pass our credit check successfully. Associations and foundations do not qualify for post-stay billing.

Business guests benefit from our flexible cancellation policies. If you make a reservation with your business account, you may cancel your booking free of charge up to 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of arrival, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Business guests are offered priority service when booking a room. In case the requested location is fully booked, we will offer alternative accommodation at a nearby Bastion Hotel.

Modify an exiting reservation or make a new booking easily, by logging into your business account. Your company information will automatically be filled out. Select your hotel of choice, enter the dates of stay and submit the reservation. You’ll receive your email confirmation immediately.
